Today the momma got a letter from Ken (cc to Keith, my neighbor who has been out of town) stating that per their discussion, the foul odor in Keith’s place stems from our place! It also tells her to clean up the place by Monday, the 30th. The nerve! What a deck!

This is incredibly unethical and just plain bad business, not to mention controlling and manipulative. Any condo should be run like an efficient business, with kindness, fairness, and an interest in the owners’ needs. Clearly this one is not. I suggest the only way to create change is for the owners to connect with each other and present their grievances as a group. Where my friend lives there is a website to do this: http://groups.yahoo.com/group/friendsoftheregency/ but there has not been much interest.
